Which service do I need?

Still unsure? Choose Advanced. Our workshop team will assess your bike and recommend any changes if needed.

Prices are for labour. If your bike needs parts or extra work, we'll explain the options and quote before going ahead.

We service e-bikes too

E-bikes are heavier and faster than regular bikes, so brakes, chains, cassettes and tyres wear out sooner. Regular servicing keeps them safe and stops small problems turning into expensive ones.

Our General, Advanced and Premium services cover the bike side of most e-bikes: brakes, gears, drivetrain, wheels and bearings. If it's a motor, battery or display problem, bring it in or message us first and we'll tell you what we can do.

Is your e-bike legal?

NSW has rules on motor power and speed for e-bikes ridden on roads and paths. We've put the official links in one place.

Good to know

Do I need to book, or can I just drop in?
Bookings are recommended so we can lock in workshop time for you. You're welcome to drop in, but wait times can vary depending on the day.
How long will my service take?
Turnaround depends on how busy we are and whether parts are needed. We'll give you an estimated timeframe when you book or drop the bike off.
Do you service e-bikes?
Yes, we service most e-bikes. If it's a less common system, bring it in or message us and we'll confirm what we can do.
Do you install customer-supplied parts?
We can, depending on compatibility and condition. For safety and warranty reasons, we may recommend parts we supply if there's any risk or mismatch.
